PUBLIC NOTICE

A public hearing will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bartlett Town Hall, 56 Town Hall Road, Intervale, NH to discuss the following proposed amendment to the Bartlett Zoning Ordinance.

Under NH RSA 675:3, the Board of Selectmen are proposing the following amendment to the Town of Bartlett, NH Zoning Ordinance:

Amend the definition of “Structure” under Article XIX Definitions to read as follows (changes shown in bold italic underline):

STRUCTURE – Anything constructed or erected with a fixed location on the ground or attached to something having a fixed location on the ground for any period of time. Structures include, but are not limited to, buildings, mobile homes, canopy garages, storage containers or sheds, patios, retaining walls, ground signs, and tennis courts. Septic systems are not structures for the purpose of this ordinance.
